Here’s how you can order your in-flight meal from any restaurant in the region.
- Choose your restaurant when you book your private jet and order your meal on the day of the booking.
- If you haven’t booked a meal or chosen a restaurant, you can expect to receive an email a week before your flight reminding you to preorder. You can log in to our portal or call us, informing us of your reservation number and providing us with the details of your meal.
- On the day of the flight, a flight attendant will confirm your meal and serve it to you!

The cost of dinner depends on the kind of restaurant you order from. Our transportation costs are fixed; however, the type of meal you order and the restaurant you order from can affect pricing.
Any and every restaurant that does not deny service can be picked. Remember to place your orders in advance to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. If we cannot provide service from a restaurant, we will inform you in advance so you can make another booking.
- In order to reserve a meal from another restaurant, you need to inform us some time in advance. Try to order five to seven days in advance so we can contact the restaurant and book your meal in time.
- If you have cancelled a booking, you must reorder when changing your flight.
- Restaurants have the right to deny serving, which we cannot be held accountable for. Make sure to suggest restaurants that have enough staff to accommodate our demand.
- You can only order dinner from restaurants in the area of departure.
